It is available for use by businesses, schools, youth groups, sports coaching courses - anyone who needs space and service. There is parking for 200 cars, a full size football pitch and other sports and activity facilities. |

| Conference Facilities: The Rutland Lounge - A large ground floor meeting room and social area seating 100 theatre style and 40 conference style. The Martin Room - A first floor meeting room seating 120 theatre style and up to 50 conference style. The Crawshaw Room - A small meeting room seating 12 board room fashion. Lecture Theatre (click for photos) - seating 88 in comfortable tiered seats. Extra seating can be provided on the flat. |
