If staff there cannot provide you with an immediate answer, they will get back to you with the information you require or give you the contact details of the person you really need to speak to. |

| The County Centre's office hours are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday. The Centre is in use most evenings and weekends, but the office phone is then on answering machine. |
